Refund Policy

Feis Market is a platform that connects buyers and sellers within the Irish dancing community. While we facilitate secure transactions, we are not responsible for the items sold, their condition, or the shipping process. Buyers and sellers must communicate directly to resolve any issues, following the guidelines outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds Refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Parcel Never Arrives – If the seller fails to provide a valid tracking number with proof of dispatch, or the package is lost in transit.

  • Item Arrives Damaged – If the item is damaged during transit and the buyer provides photographic evidence upon delivery.

  • Item Significantly Different Than Described – If the received item differs substantially from the listing description (e.g., wrong size, colour, major undisclosed damage).

2. Seller Responsibilities

  • All sellers must use a Tracked & Signed postal service to ensure proof of shipping and delivery.

  • We encourage sellers to have full insurance for any shipped items.

  • Items must be accurately described in listings, including condition, size, and any defects.

  • For seller protection, we suggest making a video of packing the item at the post office and handing it to the postal worker.

  • If a return is agreed upon, the buyer will receive a refund once the item is received by the seller in its original condition.

3. Buyer Responsibilities

  • Buyers should review item descriptions carefully before purchasing.

  • If an issue arises, buyers must contact the seller within 48 hours of delivery with relevant details and photographic evidence.

  • For buyer protection, we suggest making a video of unboxing the item upon receipt.

  • For approved returns, buyers must return the item using a Tracked & Signed service.

  • Buyer is responsible for shipping costs if the return is agreed upon with the seller, unless the item sent by the seller was significantly different from the description.

4. Dispute Resolution

  • Feis Market encourages buyers and sellers to resolve disputes amicably.

  • If an agreement cannot be reached, Feis Market may step in to facilitate a fair resolution, but we do not guarantee refunds.

  • Any refund disputes must be raised within 2 days of item delivery.

Feis Market is not liable for any lost, damaged, or misrepresented items. By using this platform, buyers and sellers acknowledge and accept these terms.
